Leadership in a Flat World

In a flat world, people get closer to each other and competition has become much fiercer than before, whereas the flat world also brings us lots of opportunities. As future leaders, what skills and knowledge should we acquire to face the challenges that lie ahead?

In June, 150 student leaders from prominent universities around the world will convene at the City University of Hong Kong to discuss the challenges and opportunities for young leaders, share their opinions on cross-cultural communication and technology in the flat world.
